2. My goods are glass, marble and ceramics, which are fragile. What should I do if they are damaged during transportation?

A: in international shipping, we do not carry fragile goods. If must carry, please provide fragile goods guarantee, our company on fragile goods in any case scratches, damage. Refuse any kind of compensation. However, in our previous transportation, we have also transported glass and other fragile items. Properly packed, they are not easy to be damaged during transportation.


How can I find out where the goods are?

A: after the goods are transported by our company, you can consult our business personnel for enquiries. After the goods arrive in Singapore, you can directly ask our salesman to get the Singapore enquiry number and report the shipping mark number for enquiries.

 

The goods have been received, but several pieces are missing. What shall we do?

A: please check the number of packages carefully when delivering them to you. If the number of pieces is not correct, please indicate on the delivery note how many pieces have been received, and then sign for receipt.
